PaperNest for Institutions & Conference Teams

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Coordinate researchers, reviewers, editors, and publishing teams around your journals and conferences.

Journal and conference operations

PaperNest brings manuscript intake, reviewer coordination, decisions, revisions, production, conference programmes, and research communications into role-oriented workspaces. TRAIN and BRAINCON provide the journal and conference experiences. Discuss the workflows needed for your institution and confirm the enabled features for your deployment.

People, roles, and venues

Plan who owns each journal or conference and who may act as author, reviewer, editor, publishing chair, programme chair, or administrator. Institutional onboarding should map actual responsibilities to scoped access rather than sharing privileged accounts. Identify approval owners for staff and conference requests.

Onboarding and existing records

Provide your institution’s name, intended venues, estimated participants and submission volumes, launch dates, required workflows, and support contacts. If bringing existing records, discuss source formats, file ownership, identity mapping, permissions, and reconciliation. Migration or bulk-import availability must be confirmed before scheduling a cutover.

Data handling and procurement

Use the Trust Center to review public policies. Request the current hosting/provider inventory, data-processing responsibilities, retention arrangements, and any required institutional agreement. Residency, subprocessor terms, and contractual commitments must be confirmed for the actual deployment.

Service and security requirements

Describe required access controls, authentication, recovery, support hours, incident contacts, and expected workload. Ask for evidence supporting any assurance your procurement requires. This page does not offer unverified SSO, MFA, SOC/ISO certification, uptime targets, recovery guarantees, or a support SLA. Those capabilities and commitments require explicit deployment-specific confirmation.

Costs and publication arrangements

Confirm platform-service arrangements separately from event registration charges, publication charges, publisher agreements, and provider fees. Discuss licensing, DOI ownership, proceedings, and indexing with the responsible publishing team. No enterprise subscription price or publication guarantee is created by this page.

Plan your next step

For practical setup, read the Organizer Guide and Author Guidelines. Email your requirements below to start an institutional enquiry; include your organization, contact person, target dates, and workflow priorities.
