Submission Process
A structured, transparent workflow from manuscript preparation to open-access publication.
Format your paper to TRAIN guidelines: double-column, max 10 pages, PDF/LaTeX. Include title, abstract (150–300 words), keywords, and author details on a separate cover sheet.
Use the guided 6-step wizard: set your target journal/track, upload your manuscript, add co-authors with ORCID, declare topics and conflicts of interest, then confirm and submit.
Your paper is assigned to 2–3 domain experts by the Editorial Board. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout. The Technical Programme Chair coordinates the review and issues a decision.
The Technical Programme Chair issues one of: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Accepted papers undergo camera-ready preparation, copyright transfer, and automatic DOI registration via CrossRef before open-access publication.
